  • Minimum Stay

    Minimum stay and higher rates may apply during Holidays, Special Events and Weekends

  • Check in

    Check in: after 3:00 PM ; Check out: before 11:00 AM Must be 23 years or older to register.

  • Payment

    A deposit is required to make a reservation and is applied to the last day of your reservation. Balance is due at check in.
    Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover etc.. Checks accepted with a minimum stay of 10 days

  • Cancellation Policy

    $ 35.00 minimum charge for any cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival date. The deposit is forfeited if cancellation is made within 14 days prior of arrival date and 30 days prior to arrival date during season (Dec 22 to April 30). No refunds for early departure or holiday weekends unless the apartment can be re-rented.

  • Hurricane Season and Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

    We do not refund for inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Smoking

    All NON SMOKING Rooms. Smoking is permitted in all outside areas. $ 150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a Room.

  • Pets

    Sorry, no pets are permitted.

  • Parking

    Reserved parking is available - one spot per apartment for registered guests only
