  • Rates

    Rates are based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    Rates do not include state and local taxes.

  • Extra Persons

    Extra persons are charged $15.00 per person, per night.

  • Minimum Stay

    Minimum stay requirements and higher rates may apply during holidays, special events, and weekends.

  • Check-In / Check-Out

    Check-in: after 3:00 PM
    Check-out: before 11:00 AM
    Guests must be 23 years of age or older to register.

  • Payment

    A deposit is required to make a reservation and is applied to the final night of your stay. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
    Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
    Checks are accepted with a minimum stay of 10 days.

  • Cancellation Policy

    A one-night minimum charge applies to any cancellation made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. The deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date, or within 30 days of the arrival date during peak season (December 22 to April 30). No refunds are provided for early departures or holiday weekends unless the apartment can be re-rented.

  • Hurricane Season & Inclement Weather

    We do not issue refunds for inclement weather, hurricanes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Smoking

    All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a room.

  • Pets

    Sorry, no pets are permitted.

  • Parking

    Reserved parking is available. One parking space per apartment for registered guests only.
