How do I book a room?
Book online on this page: pick your dates, choose a room and reserve it with a card. Your room is booked as soon as you finish. A one-night deposit is charged when you book and covers your first night; the rest is due at check-in. You can also call us at (239) 463-6906 or email info@manateebayinn.com.
Do children stay free?
Children under 5 stay free. Rates are based on two guests; each additional guest is $15.00 per night.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Guests must be 23 years of age or older to register.
How close is the beach?
The Gulf beach is right across the street — about a 3-minute walk. Restaurants, Times Square, and the shops and marina are even closer, about 2 minutes away on foot.
Is parking included?
Yes. Reserved parking is available, with one space per apartment for registered guests.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Room 3 is our accessible room: a ground-floor studio with two double beds and its own accessible parking space. Rooms 1, 2 and 4 are also on the ground floor. Rooms 5 and 6 are on the second floor and can only be reached by stairs. The pool is not accessible. Every apartment has one reserved parking space. If you have accessibility needs, call us at (239) 463-6906 or email info@manateebayinn.com before you book, and we'll describe Room 3 and the way to it in detail so you can decide whether it suits you.
Do the rooms have kitchens?
Every apartment has a kitchenette, plus a Smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning and heat, and a private bathroom. Each one also has a coffee maker, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Laundry is available for a fee.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated, so you can swim comfortably year-round. Sun loungers are set up poolside and around the lagoon.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets are permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a room.
What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel, call us at (239) 463-6906; bookings can’t be cancelled online. Cancel more than 7 days before arrival (14 days for arrivals Dec 14 – Apr 18) and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations after that are charged one night. No refunds for early departures or holiday weekends unless the apartment can be re-rented.
