What you agree to when you book with us
Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates do not include state and local taxes.
Extra Persons
Extra persons are charged $15.00 per person, per night. Children under 5 stay free.
Minimum Stay
Minimum stay requirements and higher rates may apply during holidays, special events, and weekends.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: after 3:00 PM. Check-out: before 11:00 AM. Guests must be 23 years of age or older to register.
Occupancy & Visitors
No more guests may stay in an apartment than the number on the reservation, children included. To add a guest, please call us first; extra persons are charged as above. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM and must leave the property by then.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise down at all times out of respect for other guests.
Asking Guests to Leave
We may ask guests to leave who have more people staying than their reservation allows, disturb other guests, damage the property or break these rules, as Florida law allows (Fla. Stat. 509.141). Guests are responsible for any damage.
Payment
A deposit of one night is charged when you make a reservation and is applied to the first night of your stay. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Checks are accepted with a minimum stay of 10 days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before arrival (14 days for arrivals Dec 14 – Apr 18) and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations after that are charged one night. No refunds for early departures or holiday weekends unless the apartment can be re-rented.
Reservations We Cancel
We may decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion. If we cancel a reservation before you arrive, everything you have paid for it is refunded in full.
Hurricane Season & Inclement Weather
We do not issue refunds for inclement weather, hurricanes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside a room.
Pets
Sorry, no pets are permitted.
Parking
Reserved parking is available. One parking space per apartment for registered guests only.
